It wasn't long before we arrived. As soon as we had been given the keys for our Cottage we headed down the track to the Igloo Cottage.
While our humans unpacked we had a small run around in our fenced backyard.
This is our cottage. Isn't it so sweet and homely?! :)
Not long after we arrived Ros and I decided to go for a nice walk in the bush across the road. As we headed off on our walk we stopped briefly to say hello to the local farm animals but Ros reckons they were giving me the evil eye so we quickly headed off. There were some beautiful flowers along the path that our humans loved.
There were some fantastically pawesome smells along this path so my all smelling nose sure got a big work out.
As we continued into the bush more flowers appeared. This time there was a mixture of pretty colours.
Soon though the perfect place to pose came about so I did what I do best and smiled for the camera.
My tongue was starting to make its presence known. Ros has always said that I have a very huge tongue. After photo taking we continued on with our walk.
Another photo opportunity soon presented itself :) I was so excited from all the new smells I was unsure of which way to look.
This plant below is a very cool looking plant called a Grass Tree and my Ros told me they can live for a really really long time.
We were starting to make our way back which was good as Ros and I were beginning to get worried that we were lost as we felt like we had been walking for a very long time.
Finally we came across the road again and the sign leading to the entrance :)Like any proper labradude I completed my massive walk with a lovely long swim which was a pawesome way to cool down and of course all that water triggered a zoomie episode.
Well after this quick swim Ros and I headed back to our cottage for the night where Ros made up our dinner for us and I soon feel to sleep dreaming of what else our humans had planned for us on this holiday. Keep your ears up for the rest of our holiday adventures.
Looks like a fun trip! And there are still flowers in bloom there? No signs of flowers up here!
